Saya bercadang untuk membuka Bisnes Jeruk Penang tidak berapa lama lagi di sebuah pasaraya di Johor.
Saya ingin meminta pendapat serta cadangan:
1. Dimanakah saya boleh mendapatkan pembekal serta harga yang munasabah?
2. Bagaimanakah cara perniagaan ini hendak di jalankan..?
3. Apakah risiko & masalah yang mungkin saya hadapi ketika menjalankan perniagaan ini.
4. Dan lain - lain lagi.
Kerjasama serta idea2 yang bernas dari saudara/i amat saya alu-alukan & hargai.

NIBONG TEBAL, March 8 (Bernama) ? Jeruk Madu Pak Ali Enterprise, the company famous for its pickled fruits in Penang, will expand its business to Sabah in the near future.
This is being made possible through the cooperation with a company in the state.
Its proprietor, Alias Ali said the cooperation with Sabtradf Enterprise will be formalised with the signing of an agreement in May.
?We are currently in discussions on this matter. The cooperation is in the form of a transfer of technology, with Sabtradf Enterprise establishing a factory to process the pickles, and we will provide the expertise,? he told Bernama here.
He said Sabtradf Enterprise is keen on venturing into the business to add value to its downstream products in the state.
?The company is keen to develop its downstream products while at the same time generate income for the locals,? he added.
Alias, the son of Pak Ali, the creator of the ?Jeruk Madu Pak Ali?,said at present, the honey pickle is being marketed throughout the peninsula by another subsidiary, Kunci Kreatif Enterprise.
In the case of Sarawak, he said there is no plan to produce the pickle in the state, but another ready, processed product will be sent from Penang to be marketed there.
Jeruk Madu Pak Ali Enterprise has at present a factory to process the pickles at Tasek, in Seberang Perai South.
According to Alias, there have been expressions of interest from overseas to venture into the field.
?We had company representatives from Madinah coming to taste the pickled olives and were impressed that our product was not bitter, unlike that found in the market at present.
?They were also keen on opening a factory in their country to produce the pickles, he said.
He also said that currently, the company produced 30 tonnes of various types of pickled fruits for the market in the peninsula.
The honey pickles or Jeruk Madu Pak Ali is sold at between RM8 and RM15 per kilo.
The company also produces other products such as juices, ointment, soap, and nutmeg-based face creams.

dari segi costing, maybe tak jauh beza dgn mana2 bisnes kiosk/pushcart dalam pasaraya... kalau awak nak jual dalam pasaraya... ada yg rm 100 sehari ada yg rm 300 sehari, bergantung kpd banyak faktor.
persoalan yg selalu timbul... awak nak jaga sendiri ke nak upah orang jaga...
kalau jaga sendiri... risikonya.....
kalau upah orang jaga... dan tak dipantau... gerenti 100% lingkup.
so... maybe buat permulaan, bungkus kecil2 dulu jeruk tu dan tumpang di meja penjaja2 yg selalu jual di area2 dekat ofis masa ofis hours.. biasanya diaorang ni jual waktu lunch shj, then tutp cepat2 bila dah lepas lunch hours...
