salam, sy ingin meminta pertolongan anda semua.sy nk beli umah terrace double storey.ade yang cakap beli rumah blum siap lagi murah dari rumah dah siap.dan sy nak tanya cara2 untuk beli rumah.ade tak yang boleh buat full loan.tanpa bayaran muka ke, n basic gaji?

Salam, mmg betul umah blum siap harga dia lebih murah skit drpd harga apabila dia siap/completed. Tapi klau nak plan beli umah camni,elok check background company developer tue dulu dan check history projek2 perumahan yg dia dah penah buat sbelom nie. (tapi klau company besar jangan risau la..hehehe) Try check kat internet ker..tanya kengkawan ker..Klau ok,then baru buat keputusan tuk beli umah tersebut. Tentang cara2 nak beli umah, pegi je mana2 bank terdekat tanya trus kat banker. diorg akan jelas kan dari A-Z.. ;)

nk cara mudah ...guna agent rumah ...semua dia buatkan ..dari cari bank sampai peguam rumah...rasanya agent rumah pun ada pelbagai rumah yg untuk dijual ...banyak pilihan...mudah kerja

baru2 ni berita kata pemaju perumahan yg terbengkalai akan dikategorikan sbg kesalahan jenayah... kalau betul usul tu diluluskan di parlimen... risiko rumah terbengkalai mungkin akan berkurangan...

Beli rumah belum siap tetapi..............???mark my word.Cari detail explanation dari buku2 hartanah or u want a FOC advise write to me at godslave58.magtbu@yahoo.com.I am not an estate agent but experiences tell me why.Panjang sangat nak elaborate kat sini.

Sori,sy tak address pasal pertanyaan full loan yg awak pk2kan tu.Memang boleh full loan,bukan susah.Siapa kata bank tak akan bagi full loan tapi ada cecaranya.That's where all pakar2 hartanah lakukannya dan amalkan cecaranya..Mudah bib.Ngan saya,pengeras taklah banyak,Cappucino dengan toasted bread cukuplah.

plg mudah cari lah ejen.nnti dia advise nk bt apa.tp kena tau jgk serba sedikit mcm mana nk beli rumah..full loan boleh adjust..ada cr nye..
