Responsibilities: Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.
Duties:
1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in perso, on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries and email.
2. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
3. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
4. Receive customer feedback and record it into internal customer support system
5. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
6. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
7.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
8.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills and qualification: Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management
Requirement:-
1. Male or Female, age below 30 yrs.
2. Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma and at least 2 years working experience
3. Good command in both speaking and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Willing to work at Bandar Baru Bangi.
