SLM SEMUA.
saya nk minta pandangan teman2 yg tahu berkenaan rate BLR loan rumah. saya ada aply loan rumh 55k.20tahun. blum tahu lagi resultnye.cuma kat sini sy nk tahu rate blr berapa yg mgkin ditawarkan oleh bank. yang dalam lingkingan blh dikatakan rendahnya berapa?untk loan byk tu tempoh byk tu. ada org kata kita blh minta rate yg lebih baik dari yg d tawarkn olh bank jk bank lain blh tawar yg lbh baik. baiknya blr ni macamana??itu sy xariff.... tlg bg pandangan bg yg berpengetahuan. sy buat loan dgn cimb.

BLR adalah Base Lending Rate.. BLR ni tetap ditentukan oleh bank negara..

sekarang BLR = 6.6%..

slalu loan rumah byk rate tp skrg ni klo bleh dpt BLR - 2.2% pn dh ok..

kdg2 interest tak beza byk tp flexibility pihak bank tu lg penting..
maksudnya ke depan kita boleh berunding dgn bank untuk sebarang urusan..loan rumah kan selalunya lama..

betul tak kalau kita takut BLR yg berubah2... baik ambik tawaran Islamic Financing dari bank2 di malaysia ni.

Bank kadang2 offer 2 jenis financing... (1) yg islamic dan (2) yg biasa/conventional. Jadi kalau ambik yg islamic ni rate dia dah fix. Kalau BLR naik turun ke dia tak kacau total kena bayar/monthly installment...

Tapi ada org merungut islamic Financing utk rumah/hartanah ni "lebih mahal"... tak tau le...

Expert2 semua/pegawai2 bank yg ada disini.. boleh tolong jelaskan?

kalau nk amek insurans perumahan pun amek MRTT jgn amek MRTA...

Bina 2,apa kata try hsbc ,sbb BLR - 2.5 (maknanya blr akan jd 4.1%)klau x silap.cimb mmg ikut 6.6.dah ada penjimatan bulanan.beli rumah boleh cuba byk bank selagi x sign aggmt.ada sstgh bank lg truk BLR + 1.5...tp cimb biasanye sng lulus...klau nk bulanan murah MRTA & lawyer jgn masuk dlm loan....sekian.

Islamic loan pun dh banyak pakai ala-ala BLR tapi dia pakai term BFR.. saya tanya org bank dia kata lain tp layman macam saya tengok sama je sebab rate lebih kurang kalau guna BLR.. So turun naik BLR pun interest Islamic loan ni akan effect

Fixed rate skrg banyak financier dari company insuran je yg ada e.g AIA, ING tp untuk certain2 condition je
