Saya mempunyai tanah balak yang telah diluluskan pada pertengahan tahun 2015, di Mukim Hulu Tembeling, Daerah Jerantut seluas 1,643 ekar. Harga RM6,500 seekar, boleh nego.

Kawasan balak adalah marking/tagging. Premium belum dijelaskan. Sebagai owner, surat kelulusan untuk pembalakan ada dan option holder ada pada saya. Jadi, boleh berunding terus dengan saya.
