saya sewa kedai org, rm800 sebulan.sy niaga topup je jd pakai 1 pintu je,tp kedai ni ade 2 pintu masuk.sesapa nk share niaga sebelah saya, leh kontek saya.kedai siap bilik air+aircon kt bilik rehat. kalo nk renovate buat asing pun bole, owner mmg baik, bg permission.kongsi sewa jd rm400 seorang.

lokasi Jalan 1, Greenwood Gombak.lokasi tersangat menarik, laluan ramai taman perumahan.dekat dgn stesen bas terakhir rapidkl Gombak.
