Peluang pelaburan dalam urusan jualbeli emas. 2 pakej di sediakan:

BKB = Barang kemas berdiskaun. Harga beli RM170/g (916) dan diskaun RM12/g untuk setiap sebulan. Pembelian boleh dilakukan secara bankin dan bayaran diskaun juga akan di bankin ke akaun pembeli setiap bulan.

Contoh: anda beli 20g ? RM170.00 = RM3400.00(modal anda). Anda akan terima setiap bulan RM12.00 ? 20g = RM240.00

RSB II = Ready stock berbuyback. Harga beli RM180/g (999.9) dan keuntungan RM32/g untuk setiap 2 bulan. Kaedah belian dan bayaran adalah seperti diatas.
Contoh: anda beli 20g ? RM180.00 = RM3600.00(modal anda). Anda akan terima setiap 2 bulan sekali RM16.00 ? 20g ? 2 bulan = RM640.00

Anda boleh berhenti dan mengambil balik modal anda pada bila2 masa.

emas fizikal dapat tak? Sbb emas adlah logam istimewa yg hanya sah jual beli jika ada fizikal,, tak percaya tanyalah ustz

Saya pun nak tanya soalan yg sama. Siapa yg pegang emas fizikal tu? Adakah diserahkan kepada pembeli atau hanya atas kertas?
