**SPECIAL PRICE:RM4,000,000/RM0.248182 sqft**

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1) The interested company is required to submit a copy of COMPANY PROFILE & BANK STATEMENT ( and/or local funding available) for preliminary assessment .
2) The successful company shall then be required to make a SECURITY DEPOSIT in the amount of RM100,000 after viewing the concession Topo Plans, MC Report and other relevant documents (and viewing of sites if requested) to identify and to verify the desired package upon which an agreement to undertake the selected concession shall be formalized-LAWYER TO LAWYER.
3) A letter of authorization (LOA) from relevant authority shall be issured directly to the interested / successful company ( after in compliaince to the above are made) within 2 months ( earliest within a month)
4) Subsequently after receiving the above LOA, the company is required to make 10% FEE PAYMENT TO BE PAID TO THE LAWYERS AS BOOKING FEE for above package (370 acres), prior to obtaining positive respone from the company?s own due diligent and findings. However, the initial payment in the amount of RM 100,000 which was made earlier (AS SECURITY DEPOSIT) shall be considered as part of the 10 % BOOKING FEE.
5) Upon FULL PAYMENT, the land title (99 years) shall be issued under the name of the successful company above as per item #3.

INITIAL COST REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE CONCESSION:
a) Cost for the above package of 370 acres is RM4,000,000.
b) 10 % FEE PAYMENT is required to be paid to the lawyer as BOOKING FEE. Therefore , a total of RM400,000(RM100,000 + RM300,000) is required as initial payment for the package of the above concession where all relevant fees are included ( I.E., process of documentations, MC Report, Premium security & other fees)
c) FULL PAYMENT to be made upon agreement by all parties.
