sy dari AsAs quest resources (SA0213140-K) yg menjalankan perniagaan
-supply 'architectural model material'
-architectural layout model maker (build-up)
-supply ornamental (topiary,terrarium & vivarium)
Seiring dengan permintaan order,sy ingin mengembangkan bisnes & memenuhi permintaan client sy,maka sy ingin mencari atau mempelawa sesiapa yg berminat untuk menjadi INVESTOR/FUNDER (short term-max 12 bln) kepada syarikat saya.
Fund yg diperlukan adalah antara rm3k - rm20k.Percentage /dividen yg sy offer adalah 15% utk 3-6 bln(10k).(nego)
CTH:
10k @ 6 bln : dividen 10 % = 1k setiap bulan
total 6 bln = 16k (termasuk modal)
*payment setiap bulan : 1k + 833(part of modal)
= 1833
ATAU
Funder bg projek basis.Syarikat sy dpt order dr client(private) utk build up 1 'architectural layout model'.Projek value RM28860.Sy lack of modal so perlukan injection sbyk RM5K - 10K
sy offer 20% (nego)
term of payment : on 27hb April coz sy kna deliver item
on 24 April (client bg deposit 20% - balance upon delivery)
agreement mati setem kat LHDN (sy tggung)

sorry wish to confirm investor part as for 6 mths RM 16K but every month should repay RM 2,667 instate of RM 1,833, right as I am on accounts so like to calculate everything, sorry if I calculate wrongly, thanks

Hi nak tahu siapa ada funder untuk Asas Quest, sebab janji 1st repayment on 03/05/2012 chq bank islam tendang. Harap Funders lain ambil perhatian.

For Asas Funder, I just got my 1st payment cleared as he said his customers cleared his chq late, so hope the 2nd payment will be as smooth as this time too. Thanks.

now 2nd chq tendang also stated account closed for Asas Quest Bank Islam. Be remind if they promise pre-signed chq for securities also no use like my case.
