Salam..kami mencari beberapa pelabur yang berminat dalam projek kami:

1-Kontraktor yang berminat untuk membina pusat tahfiz di Gerik, Perak. Kos projek rm1.3-1.4 juta. Payment already, siap terus bayar. Projek swasta dan majlis pecah tanah dah dilakukan. Hubungi saya segera!!

2-Sesiapa yang berminat nak melabur/JV dalam projek pusat rekreasi di Gerik, Perak. Kelulusan tanah dah selesai. Kos anggaran 100-150k. Kawasan sesuai dan mendapat permintaan sangat tinggi. Pelabur/JV boleh bincang untuk income bulanan/tahunan.

3- Jika sesiapa yang berminat nak beli tanah di Langkawi ada 3 lot. Lot pertama 110k, lot kedua 100k, lot ketiga 90k. Sesuai untuk dijadikan homestay. Kawasan strategik, 5 minit dari Langkawi Airport.
