Looking for Admin Account Clerk

Responsibilities:

1. To perform general administrative, basic accounting and payroll matters.
2. Receive Call, Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, payslip, salary calculation, accounts receivable and processing of accounts payables and bank reconciliation.
3. Prepare and update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note in MYOB.
4. Data entry and Provide day to day administration support to the Management Office.
5. To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
6. Pleasant personality, presentable and able to interact well with people.
7. Any other ad-hoc tasks, as and when required by the management

Requirements:

* Preferably female.
* Age 20-35 Years Old
* With own transport
* With basic working experience and familiar with Microsoft Office(Excel).
* familiar with MYOB Accounting System
* Able to work independently.
* Mature, honest & trustworthy.
Basic Salary RM1,400.00
