sy nk tny...sy dlm proses menjual rumah..dh dpt pembeli...mslhnya sy x thu bla msa untuk pembeli mmbyr wang deposit..smda selepas jumpa n sign agreement ataupun sebelum 2..pembeli dh perlu byr deposit...tolg bg tunjuk ajr..TQ

salam zera,biasanye kalu pembeli dah setuju nak beli,dia kene bayar deposit 3% then lpas sign sale & purchase agreement baru bayar balance 7%.

As-salam... boleh ke kita sebagai penjual meminta 5% dr pembeli sebagai deposit ? then lepas sign S&P bayar lg balance 5%... TQ
