Kepada sesiapa yang berminat untuk take over kedai di sandakan. Kedai sangat sesuai untuk dijadikan buitk pakaian @ lain-lain. Sudah diubahsuai seperti berikut :

Lantai Kayu - Laminated Flooring (Robina)
2 unit aircond - 2 HP setiap satu (Panasonic)
Partition - Gypsum board with aluminium frame
Glass Wall - Bahagian depan dengan 2 swing aluminium glass door
Plaster ceiling dengan lampu hiasan (4 nos. dan 8 nos down light)
2 unit exhaust fan - bhg belakang

Harga nak tolak dlm. RM 20k..boleh nego

salam, jariemas.kedai tu di batu 6 berhampiran giant. nama kedai tu skrg NH Laundry boutique, masih beroperasi cuma mau let go coz saya ada buka 1 lagi kedai di bandar letat, susah mau handle 2 kedai skrg, kalau ada yg mau take over saya mau let go saja la...sewa dia rm 1800 sebulan
