Dokumen yg diperlukan ialah ic majikan suami isteri, slip gaji 3 bln, income tax kalu ada, salinan passport pembantu rumah, gambar passport majikan suami isteri dan pembantu rumah, kalu ada anak kecik salinan surat beranak.

Bayaran permulaan rm1500

Utk Levi rm1125 dan kompaun majikan sendiri kena settle. 3 kali bayar. Kompaun dlm rm1000.
