We Are Looking for Suitable and Qualified Candidate for The Following Position:
1) CRM EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
? Conduct regular service reviews and suggest improvement programs to the department.
? Meet with customer regularly to report customer satisfaction level.
? Work with customer to identify specific needs for additional advice or expertise and make appropriate follow-up recommendations.
? Preparation and analysis of data for CRM activities.
? Promotes effectively within the organization its quality policy and customers requirements.
? Expand health lifestyle programs networks and promotes effectively to customer.
? Prepare meeting presentation and communicate the value of the deliverables which contribute to customers' needs.
? Keep superior updated about meeting, contact information or any others matters on monthly basis.
Requirements
? Degree in Business Administration, Communication and Media, Public Relation or its equivalent
? 2 years in marketing, public relations or relevant field.
? Preferably experience in a medical care industry.
? Good customer service & communication skills in dealing with vendors, clients and all levels of staff
? Market intelligences, information gathering, planning and presentation.
2) IT Executive
Responsibilities
Handling of incoming data source.
? Maintaining of logs for all incoming data.
? Keying-in of data as and when required.
? Testing of reports before publishing onto production servers.
? Maintaining of logs for all the reports both internal and external use.
? Checking database systems after upload processing for any inconsistencies.
? Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
? Maintains excellent communication with the IT Manager and supervisor on all tasks and projects.
? Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
Requirement
? Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
? At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
? Writing technical documentation skills.
? High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
? Self motivated, Multi tasking, fast learner and able to work in a team.
