Human Resource Position

To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient Human Resources service and support to the Human Resource team across all aspect of Human Resource.

1. Recruitment
a. Coordinates the sourcing, administer and evaluates talents to fulfil the company?s manpower requirements.
b. Establish and responsible for preparation of selection reports, revise employment history records and conducting background reference checks, proposing for the appointments and constructing the offers of employment.

2. Induction and Integration
a. Initiate the new hire checklist, ensure process in a timely manner and enter new starter information onto the relevant systems
b. Regularly check and ensure all the policies and procedure are in line in the recruitment and staffing process

3. Expatriate Services
a. Dealing with immigrations regarding submission of applications of expatriates
b. To monitor work permit and visa application closely to ensure no overstay of expatriates

4. Payroll Administration
a. Responsible to update of any movement of staff, including new join, renewal of contract, transfers, resignation and termination of contract, salary adjustments, special allowances, and staff confirmations

5. Record Management
a. Collate, store and manage important documents in both hard copy and electronic format through a clear and concise reference system
b. Create personal files for all new starters and ensure that all documentation is present and completed

Position Requirement
? Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
? At least 1 year of related experience
? Basic understanding of human resource functions and employment law
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
? Understanding of human resource reporting and recordkeeping requirement
? Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines
