*Kelayakan spm/stpm/dip/deg in early chilhood amat digalakkan memohon;
*muslimah bujang;
*menutup aurat mengikut syariat;
*sangat sayangkan kanak-kanak, pembersih & mempunyai kesabaran yang tinggi melayan karenah kanak-kanak;
*boleh mengaji, tidak meninggalkan solat & boleh bertutur asas bahasa inggeris;
*boleh menyediakan alat bantu mengajar & rancangan mengajar (lesson plan);
*makan minum & tempat tinggal disediakan;
*socso & epf
*jawatan tetap
