Customer Service Consultant (Call Centre)
KLCC / Bandar Sunway
Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM4300
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible and dedicated to all incoming telephone enquiries / e-mails / fax or e-service from customers, problems and complaints relating to client?s products and services, with the objective of resolving issues as timely, providing first excellent contact resolution
- Working Location: Either Menara Maxis, KLCC / Sunway Annexe, Bandar Sunway
Requirements:
- Willing and able to work 5 days a week (2 off days / week not fix)
- Able to work on rotational shifts including night shift (if and when required), weekends and public holidays
- Minimum is Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
- Experience in customer service / contact centre is an added advantage
- Ability to read, write and converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
- Basic computer skills in Windows Environment and Microsoft Office applications including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Typing proficiency of 35 wpm and accurate data entry skills.
Remuneration package:
Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM4300 (commensurate with qualification & experience)
Fixed Allowance: RM100 - RM300
Shift Allowance: RM200 - RM300
Overtime: RM100 - RM500 (unlimited)
