Bismillah. Assalamualaikum & selamat sejahtera.

Saya ingin melepaskan Carwash saya di Jalan Sg Lalang, Semenyih dengan kadar segera.

-Harga 30k

-Ada pelanggan tetap.
-Lokasi strategik (tepi jalan besar)
-Perniagaan berkonsepkan Perincian kebersihan mesra nilai harga (Cheap cost Detailing Jobs)
-Peralatan Lengkap (Compressor 3 unit, snow tank, ramp untuk lori & cuci bawah enjin dan lain2)
-3 x Orang pekerja.
-Carwash dah register di Google, Maps & Waze. Type in 'Smart Carwash'. Customer senang cari carwash, terus GPS ke lokasi.
-Profitable business walaupun tak buat promosi. Kalau pembeli baru buat promosi, lagi ramai datang cuci kerana potensi untuk berkembang sangat2 positif. Banyak perumahan & taman perindustrian di kawasan Jalan Sg Lalang.
