2) jumlah tanaman yg ada dan kos
3) jumlah pelabur atau jumlah modal yg tuan ingin cari
4) hasil jualan.

nombor 4 sangat penting. WAJIB ada bukti hasil tuaian yg berjaya dijual. kerana keuntungan berdasarkan hasil tuaian yg TELAH DIJUAL setelah ditolak segala kos.

jika pelabur boleh dapat keuntungan setiap minggu tanpa ada hitam putih bagaimana pelaksanaan pertanian, saya bimbang akan menjadi skim cepat kaya dimana wang keuntungan ahli lama diambil dari wang modal ahli baru (skim piramid atau ponzi)
