1.Account Executive (1 position)
a) . Prepare monthly financial & management reports.
b.) Liaise with external auditors, merchant bankers and external parties.
c) Develop, retain and provide timely guidance to junior staff to ensure smooth operation .
d) . Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
2. Accounts Assistant (1 position)
Responsibility:
a) Prepare payments for sub con, suppliers & others.
b) Prepare monthly banks and creditors reconciliation.
c) Key in invoices, sub-con & others for Axim accounting program.
d) Update accounting reports.
e) Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
Requirements :
* Minimum SPM or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year working experience with accounting background is an added advantage.
* Must be able to work under minimum supervision and computer literate.
3 . Admin Clerk (1 position) / Receptionist (1 position)
