Kesihatan tubuh badan merupakan perkara yang mula diabaikan oleh penduduk Malaysia.

Hasil dari kajian menunjukkan bahawa Malaysia mempunyai kadar obesiti yang tertinggi di Asia Tenggara iaitu mencecah 15.6 peratus.

Namun, apakah punca begitu banyak penduduk Malaysia mengalami masalah obesiti? Ini adalah kerana banyak penduduk Malaysia mengamalkan tabiat gaya hidup tidak sihat. Apakah 5 tabiat gaya hidup tidak sihat tersebut? Mari kita bincangkan bersama-sama.

jika kamu tidak merokok, tidak minum air bergas / makanan bergula tinggi, selalu bersenam dan tidur sekitar 11 malam dan bukan jam 2 atau 3 pagi.. insyaAllah kesihatan terjaga. faktor2 lain stress tempat kerja, stress keluarga, asap kenderaan / hazard in workplace dan banyak lagi..
