Depends on type of website. Roughly, the numbers as follow :

Personal Blog Type Website - RM 180.00
Magazine Type Website - RM 500.00 (as the website will includes hashtags, timeline and suitable news/magazine interface)
eCommerce Website - RM 800.00 - 1500.00 (depends on product categories and design. will be the best one for you, i am sure of it.)
CrowdFunding Website - RM 800.00 - 5000.00 (why? because you will need a lot of redesign to make your website looks reliable.)
Groupon Clone Website - Cant make you any. So please dont ask me for this.
Social Network Website - RM 500.00 - 3000.00 (for your group/colleagues/classmate/friends to connect with each other. Pretty much similar to facebook.)

The price does not include :

- Hosting Price. I will help you with hosting, all you need to do will be to manage your website on your own. It will be up and good to go on your desired domain. Usually for 200-1000 visitors per day, RM 100.00 hosting fees per month will be MORE than enough. If you got larger target audience, so yes you can customize hosting accordingly.

- Plugin Integration. For example for eCommerce website, the basic plugin will only let your customer pay through PayPal/Visa/Mastercard services. What if they can pay using Maybank2u/CIMB/other local banking institution service? It will be easier dont you think? Another example would be the fact you need some SEO development or Analytic integration to properly manage your website. Some will only cost you around RM 30.00 one time setup, but for expensive plugin registration like iPay88, it gonna cost you RM 488.00.

- Design Services. Its one thing to develop a proper website for you. But can you provide me some good images, web posters, logo matching your company/business cards/flyers and infos to put on your website? Sometimes, you only have the rough idea. Say you wanna sell some mug? or shirts? a new brand perhaps? All you got was some pictures of your product. Thats all. What about the design? .PSD logo? Is it applicable to the website? Do you need someone to create a proper logo to match your instagram, twitter or any social networks account just to make it look more...how do i say this... reliable.
