OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist and support Assistant Marketing Manager on the implementation and execution of marketing,
promotion, advertising and visual merchandising functions & activities.

-Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or equivalent
-Minimum with 2 years of relevant working experience (preferably with retail or A&P background)

-Minimum with 4 years of relevant working experience in design, graphic or visual merchandising

-Capture bigger market share through effective business expansion and market penetration:
-Secure good location (outlet/ counter) to maximize sales
-Negotiate with complex management on best tenancy package for current & new location
-Analyze market needs and recommend strategy to further strengthen the business channel and
network
-Responsible for outlet opening and closing. To liaise with complexes on the renovation details
and liaise with contractor on the layout plan
-Plan and monitor renovation expenses/budget
-Prepare post-opening/expansion report for review
-Effective execution of road show/fair and events:
-Plan, strategize and execute road-show in line with marketing plan
-Liaise with complex to secure road show dates and location
-Responsible for the road show layout and set-up plan
-Work closely with contractor on set-up and dismantle
-To monitor closely the road-show/fair budget
-Prepare post-event report for review
*RETAIL OUTLET MANAGEMENT (3 positions)
-Work closely with sales team on outlet operation and maintenance needs
-Liaise with contractor on outlets maintenance schedule and execution
-To ensure outlet maintenance are carried out on time and in line with corporate guidelines
-Effective management of maintenance budget

-To submit monthly reports on time and ensure its accuracy.
-Any others duties to be assigned from time to time
