We are a production company, looking for a suitable female candidate to fill up one (1) vacant position - Secretary cum Personal Assistant. The candidate must possess the following requirements:
1. International Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or in the related field;
2. Fresh university graduate with a higher qualification is an added; and experience is preferred although not essential;
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa Melayu and English;
4. Strong ability to do administration and some accounting work;
5. Interpersonal skills and positive attitude - Ability to interact and communicate with people; high level of integrity and has strong personal drive to work at own initiatives and willingness without constant supervision; ability to handle confidential materials;
6. Efficient organizational skills, detailed oriented, good judgement and problem solving skills;
7. Computer Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
As a Secretary cum PA, she will, amongst others - assist with business and personal matters for the Managing Director, handle daily administrative matters of the company, provide administrative support for the team, scheduling, helping with budget preparations, covering front desk and acting as liaison with external and internal sources, assist in the company?s accounting matters, and any other ad hoc tasks as and when required by the Company from time to time.
