To ensure the highest level of quality,
service, cleanliness at site
?To support and work closely with other
departments.
?To monitor the performance of the staff
and provide necessary training for them
with an aim to improve and maintain
highest quality of services.
?To check and ensure the hygiene,
appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and
proper set-up of the whole operation and
its related areas.
?Manage all factors affecting the
profitability performance of the outlet
in accordance with Company procedures and
policies.
?To build a strong retail team through
good product training, cultivate teamwork
and motivation.
?Manage manpower requirement by
implementing recruitment and selection
activities in accordance to the Company?s
policies and procedures.
?Monitor all stock by accurate ordering,
wastage reduction and compliance to
product handling standard.
?Other adhoc assignments as and when
required.
