Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on all project matters.
• Responsible for overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors and other relevant duties
• Preparation of project tender, costing, budget, and estimates including Bills of Quantities
• To prepare quotation, Tax invoice, progress claim (interim payment) and submission of samples to Clients To perform building material estimation for each project and take site measurements
• Preparation of monthly valuations for approval by Client
• Preparation and submission of valuations and final accounts
• To attend progress meeting on site
• Responsible to prepare / evaluate / assess claims and variations
• To interpret contract and tender documents
• Liaise with all level of management / consultants / contractors
• Able to coordinate materials & equipment delivery schedule

Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• At least 1-year of working experience in Quantity Surveyor.
• Corporate with team-mate act as a leader.
• Hardworking and multi-tasking.
• Able to lead, initiative and independent.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
• Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Able to work under pressure to achieve datelines
• Possess own transport
• Must be willing to work at Seksyen 13 Shah Alam
• Full-Time positions available
• Able to work midnight due to site visit after business hours
