Vacancy Available for Technical Assistant CSOC at Kuala Lumpur

Requirement :
- Diploma in technical or any equivalent
- Able to work shifts 24/7
- Suitable to work in IT contact center
- Willing to relocate

Job Descriptions -
? Monitor alarm from network monitoring system (NMS)
? Lodge report in system
? Do first level troubleshooting in customer network
? Escalate fault to related unit
? Update customer the progress
? Follow up with related unit the progress of restoration
? Close the trouble ticket with customer

Salary Offered ? RM 1200
Other Allowances ? RM 60 for 2 cycle shift & RM 90 for 3cycle shift

Work Location ? Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours / Days - Shift : 2 days (7.30am - 2.30pm9, 2 days (2.30pm - 9.30pm), 2 days (9.30pm - 7.30am), 2 days off (Weekdays)
