Terms: Kontrak 2 Tahun (Project Basis)

Background : Diploma dengan 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang Interior Design/Building Survey/Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical/Binaan
(atau)
Sijil dengan 5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang Interior Design/Building Survey/Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical/Binaan

Scope : - Mengatur jadual kerja kontraktor-kontraktor setiap hari
- ''Update'' progress work setiap hari
- Menyelia kerja-kerja di tapak binaan seperti spesifikasi ditetapkan mengikut pelan
- Menerima dan memastikan penghantaran bahan-bahan binaan serta komponen-komponen diterima seperti spesifikasi
- Merekod data keluar masuk barang
- Menyediakan laporan ringkas ataupun Work In Progress

Cabaran Kerja : - Megendalikan 14 kontraktor dalam satu-satu masa
- Waktu kerja yang padat serta memerlukan kerja lebih masa hampir setiap hari
