I'm looking for minimum SPM holder and above to work as a Customer Service representative. Details as per below:
π Applicant must have a good communication skill in BM and BI
π 19-45 years old (2019)
π Able to start IMMEDIATELY in October 2019
Location : Subang Parade
Salary : RM 1800 β RM 2200
Working Hour:
β’ 24/7 shift rotation
β’ Monday to Sunday
β’ 5 days working and 2 days off day
β’ Shift β Morning, Afternoon and Midnight
β’ 8 hours per day + 1 hours lunch
Job Description:
β’ Handling chats, responding to emails & phone-in inquiries of members in respect to product/e-wallet/promo/payment
β’ Advise on latest promotions and mechanics
β’ Manage feedback/complaints
β’ Liaise with back-end support to solve members issues/queries/concerns
β’ Provide accurate and efficient processing of case escalation or support work related to the clientβs processes & approach
