?Fresh degree holder/Diploma with min of 1 years experience/ SPM with 3 years
experience
? To have excellent and broad understanding on products/services and all necessary customer care
processes
? Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu
? Possess effective tele-skill in handling outbound/inbound communications
? Possess the ability to attentively listen to and understand customers inquiry/complaint, identify the vital
information and accurately key those information into the systems
? Demonstrate effective teamwork and people skills to foster constructive working relationship, and
actively participates in and meaningfully contributes to cross-functional teams
? Understanding of customer expectations to be able to reflect them in their feedback to the customers
