ADMIN & HR EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

*Gender: Female only
*Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
*Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
*Required skill : MS excel, MS Word
*Fresh graduate candidates are welcome to apply OR at least 1 year of working experience is required for this position
*Contract position, but if perform can be permanent
*Willing to work at Bangi
*Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:
*Responsible of administrative secretarial functions and supporting the department
*Office assets and office facilities control
*Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
*Organizing and maintain files or documents records
*To perform any ad-hoc by the management from time to time
*In charge of mailing / courier service, any office related application
*Attend any incoming or outgoing call as well as visitors
*Assist in the recruitment such as liaison with agensies and interview arrangement
