Vacancy for Admin Executive position:
Job Descriptions:
- Performs administrative duties for executive management.
- Undertake other duties such as banking, credit control or payroll functions.
- Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event. arrangements; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising other support staff; and customer relations.
- Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

Job Requirements:
> Minimum 3 years of working experience in administration.
> Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
> Computer literate.
> Highly self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure.
> Able to start work as soon as possible.

Vacancy for Admin Assistant position:
Job Descriptions:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organisation and dispatch outgoing mail.
- Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing softwares.
- Answer telephone enquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organisation with their enquiries.
- Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes
file papers and documents.

Job Requirements:
> Minimum requirement SPM
> With or without experience (training will be provided)
> Able to use MS. Office.
> Computer literate.
