Responsibilities:
1. Prepare purchase orders, data entry to the system, filing and ensure materials are delivered on time.
2. Guarantees that product are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory.
3. Negotiate with supplier on price, mode of shipping and delivery time
4. Purchase goods such as office supplies on a continuing basis in order to maintain certain inventory levels.
5. To maintain accurate record of P.O. monitor outstanding orders from suppliers and do necessary follow-up
Requirements:
1. Independent, excellent team player and willing to work extra hours in completing tasks assigned
2. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
3. Computer Proficiency (Ms Word, Excel & Power Point)
4. Talent in negotiations and networking
5. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Account or Healthcare
6. Preferably relevant experience of Purchasing or Shipping and Inventory
7. Junior Executive in Purchasing/Procurement are also welcome to apply
8. Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong
