Jobs Scope:-
1)ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE:-
Responsibilities:
?Responsible in handling full set of accounts.
?Preparation of monthly management accounts.
?Processing of payments and billing.
?Liaising with bankers and auditors.
?Preparing and processing payroll and other HR duties.
Requirements:
?At least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
?Minimum 2 ? 3 years of experience. Those with advertising agency experience will have advantage.
?Well-versed in MS Office.
?Resourceful, able to multi-task with good interpersonal and communication skills.
?Able to start immediately.
2)ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Preparation of all statistical data required by Management
?Assist all journal entries by superior.
?To assist the closing of books and preparation of required financial date on a timely basis.
?Preparation of month end Journals for Financial Statement.
?Analysis of general ledger account on monthly basis.
?Submit bank balances and reconciliation to Financial Controller.
Requirements:
?Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
?At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
?Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
