1)Account Manager
-To apply accounting principles and procedures,prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements
-To establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
-Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
-Manage and lead the Accounting & Finance Team to ensure the day-to-day operation of overall accounting & financial activities.
2)Account Assistant(1 post)/Account clerk(1 post)
-Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Updating of Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
- Preparing journal entries, vouchers and accounting records
- Generating accounting reports
- Assist in monthly closing and meeting of accounting deadlines
- Ensure proper in ad-hoc assignments.
-Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
3)OPERATION MANAGER
-Experience within Operations Management of multiple or remote sites
-Strong organization ability
-PC Literate,good usage of Microsoft Office
-Posses own transport and valid driveng license
4)QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE
-Responsible for all service/cleanliness quality at all client's premises.
-Responsible to ensure all cleaners adhere to all company and client's standard
-Lead a group of QA Inspectors
-Carry out quality inspection on all site.
