Job Description
* Mode : Contract
* Work location: Kuala Lumpur/Selangor/Perak/Negeri Sembilan
* Rate : MYR1,500.00 - 1,700.00
* Qualification : Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Science/ ICT Engineering (IT/Computer/Telecommunication/Networking) or equivalent.
* Responsibilities
* Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
* Able to identify PC, Printer and hardware problems and advising on the solution
* Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
* Hardware maintenance especially PC and Printer
* In depth knowledge of the network types such LAN and WAN
* Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical assistance via the phone or email
* Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
* Keep record of problems and customers solution
* Follow-up with customers
* Reporting base on projects
* Proficiency in Malay/ English
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
