Saya ada sebuah butik yg sedang beroperasi di Damansara Utama (Uptown) menjual pakaian korea.

Harga Jualan : RM25K (Nego)

Sy terpaksa jual perniagaan sy ni sebab tak dapat nak uruskan sebab
-banyak travel kesana kemari ikut suami
-akan berpindah tetap dikampung

Sy nk jual perniagaan termasuk
-Semua stok Pakaian korea/Dinner Gown berjumpah lebih 350 helai semuanya (harga bernilai 20K)
-Semua peralatan yg terdapat dikedai spt aircond, lampu2,rak2 pengantung,meja cashier, steam iron, half fabric mannequin 2.
-Termasuk lebih 20 kotak kasut berjenama (harga jualan RM129 each)
-Accessori seperti korean earrings & Necklaces
Anda boleh juga campur dengan pakaian muslimah untuk dapat malay market yg mmg ramai..Area tu xde sgt muslimah
choice tp cutomer malay ramai.

-kos tetap RM2500 (sewa+ bill(kalau ikut yg sy pakai sll) shj
-Berada di tingkat 1, Kawasan High Traffic, Dikelilingi office & kedai2 mkn yg mmg ramai org
