FULL TIME POSITION FOR ADMIN ASSISTANCE cum to Customer Service
Range Salary RM1,100 ~ RM2,000
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* To support Company in ALL aspect of Human Resource function.
* To handle Company payroll administrative and procedure.
* To support manage customer information base and help desk system
* To liaise with Any other duties and responsibilities that may assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
* SPM/SKM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE
* Required language: English and Bahasa.
* Computer literate in MS Windows and Office.
* Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
* Able to work under less supervision.
* Own a vehicle.
* Willing to work in Cyberjaya area.
FULL TIME POSITION FOR IT SUPPORT
Range Salary : RM1100 ~ 2000 (Negotiable)
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide First level Support for hardware and software issues & maintenance
• Responsible for assembling and configuring a computer, installing operating systems and software as well as trouble shooting hardware
• Monitor the systems monitoring (server infrastructure)
• Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration
• Provide Pre-sales and Post-sales technical support
• Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations
• Assist in documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures.
• Maintain good communication & relationship with customers and partners
Job Requirements:
• Basic hands-on experience implementing and administrating Windows Servers/Linux Servers and Networking
• Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge
• Willing to travel
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at Cyberjaya Office Location
