- Kerja melalui phone sahaja di dalam office! tanpa perlu bersemuka dengan pelanggan
- Gaji yang di tawarkan :
* Berpengalaman (RM 1500 - RM 2500)
* Tidak berpengalam (RM 1300 - RM 1600)
- Training disediakan
- Kelayakan : SPM above
- Fresh graduate digalakkan memohon
- Elaun kedatangan - RM 200
- Waktu bekerja
* Isnin - Jumaaat (9.30 am - 6.30 pm)
* Sabtu:2X setiap bulan
- Cuti pada Public Holiday
- Insentif bulanan sehingga RM 5000
- Komisyen sehingga RM 3000
- Tunai harian juga diberi dr RM 5 - RM 100

*To aggressively make sales calls to introduce and promote the Company Partners range of offers.
*requirement
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in telesales
- Excellent articulation and communication skills ? both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback and be able to handle customer's objections.
- Able to understand customer's needs and identify sales opportunities
- Must be computer literate
MEMBER SERVICE CONSULTANT
*Attend to members? enquiries/complaints via calls concerning the services and products provided by company
*requirement
-Degree/Diploma or minimum STPM
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
-Preferably with experience from a call center or customer services environment
-Not intimidated by pressure and work volume
-Well mannered with pleasant disposition
working at KELANA JAYA
working hour : Monday to Friday 8.45 - 5pm & 10.30 - 7pm ( Saturday alternate)
Salary range around RM1400-1800 (depend on experience)
Contract basis for 1 year.. if perform, will convert to permanent..
A competitive remuneration package inclusive of attractive salary, commission, Group Insurance packages, staff welfare activities, annual and medical leave will be offered to successful candidates
