e) Guru-guru yang berpengalaman dan berkelayakan
f) Sudah beroperasi 6 tahun (masih beroperasi)

Harga untuk dijual RM170K (masih boleh dirunding lagi). Bayaran boleh dibuat secara ansuran.
Caranya : Bayaran permulaan - RM70K
Bayaran berikut - bayaran setiap bulan
