koperasi sy lebih suka berdakwah pd owner yg nak menjual agar jgn jual amanah yg ALLAH minta uruskan, ttp bergabunglah dgn ummah yg lain melalui kepakaran dan kemahiran yg ada utk menguruskan perniagaan en tuh...

jika berminat utk bekerjasama utk pengurus amanah koperasi di melaka menguruskan chalet tersebut tanpa penjualan berlaku...
