Assalamualaikum,
Firstly let me introduce myself. My name is Harfiez. Let me brief you a little bit about the petrol station. Its a Shell petrol station and its located at the center of busy traffic in Shah Alam (K.Lumpur/Selangor). It has 12 operated dispenser and 7-eleven shop. The size of the station is 1 acre including the 7-eleven shop and its a freehold land. Price of the land right now is RM 8,712,000.00. License with Shell ends 2031 (20 more years to go) and it can be renew.Total avarage sales is RM 1,400,000.00 (750k liter) monthly and its about RM 16,800,000.00.To be transparent the total net profit for last year is RM 1,656,000.00.And finally about the selling price, it will cost you RM 12,000,000.00 (your total investment).

Its a very simple Sale and Purchase (SnP). All the porperty belong to a company, the buyer just need to take over it. And reason of selling, there is no hanky panky just the owner is veteran. Thank you.

cuma nk kepastiaan.Bukankah ini stesen minyak Shell jalan menuju ke Lebuhraya Guthrie.Stesen ni kalau x silap saya ada pertikaian antara pemilik tanah dan pemilik stesen tersebut.Betul ke?

Its very rare to get a loan in this case, but im sure you can try it. From my point of view, you need atleast 40-50% cash in hand, in order for you to get yourself in this company. Later on you can use back the land to charge to the bank to get the loan. Our lawyer will sattle it. BUT be sure to have a very solid document before you proceed. Thank You

To Fellow friends,
1) The Station is belonging a company and they selling the company means taking over it.
2) Sri im really sorry, they want to sell off all not looking for share holder.
3) And lastly, im sorry i cant mail you the documents, only hand it out to serious buyer.
P/S: If you a middle man or broker, the company will automatically allocate 2% of the total sell amount for, you dont need to worry about it.
