I'm in the process of setting up a soft-serve ice-cream kiosk. Hoping the people here can help me with some information.

Things that I'm looking for:
- Soft-serve ice-cream machine (about 4-6 units)
--> reasonable price. Please specify the machine origin, warranty/after-sales-service, location, etc.

- Ice-cream powder
--> looking for high quality one. Halal cert is a MUST.
