MANAGER(MERU,KLANG)

Responsibilities
?Responsible for the overall branch operations and administration, customers?
enquiry, complaint and servicing as defined in Branch Transformation,
processing of customers? valuation request within the agreed service level
?Responsible for overall branch collection for cash, cheque and EDC over the
counter in accordance to Collection Guidelines and ensure that sales register
is booked in an accurate and timely manner
?Responsible and accountable for the operations and performance of branches
under the region as stipulated in the branch SOP

Requirements

?Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in
customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
?Good interpersonal and communication skills
?Possess strong leadership and problem solving skills
?Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
?Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications (Word,
PowerPoint and Excel)

SHOP ASSISTANT

Requirements:

-Good communication skill with
-pleasant personality.
-Work independently.
-Able to communicate in Malay,
-Cantonese/Mandarin and English.
-Minimum SPM or equivalent.
-Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
-Fresh graduates / entry level application are encouraged to apply.
-Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities:

?Cashier function.
?Provide excellent customer service.
?Contribute positively to achieving sales target
?Attend to enquiries from clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
