salam warga majalah.

saya dapat satu tawaran perniagaan kafe di IPTA-UKM untuk berniaga air.

kapasiti pelajar adalah 3000 orang
tarikh mula perniagaan adalah 13 september 2011,
kontrak perniagaan selama 3 tahun.
sewa bulanan RM5000 sebulan termasuk electrik n air.
saya telah bayar boking untuk tapak ni.
saya masih kekurangan modal dalam RM25 000,

mohon sesiapa yang berminat untuk melabur dalam perniagaan saya.

boleh telifon dan bincang cara bayaran balik.
saya akan sediakan proposal.

ye ke ada sewa kat ukm???? utm tak ada sewa pun!!!! ipta cuma ada syarat aje yang kena patuh....hmmm??!!! macam2 aje RM5000 utk sewa mcm kat hypermarket punya harga...hmmmm....
