To mr.Sharif : jika anda sudah ada modal,lebih baik terus ke pejabat besar sayrikat petrol tu sendiri..pilih yg mana anda minta..yg penting lokasi.jika ada tanah lagi bagus modal dlm RM250K hingga RM500K..jika tiada tanah banyak model yg nak di guna untuk buka Petrol Pam..ada kurusus yg di sedaikan oleh syarikat Petrol ni...bukan main buka saja....sekian yg dapat saya memberi pendapat.
