Price For Russian D2 : USD 630 Per Metric Ton.
Price for Mazut100-75 : USD 370 Per Metric Ton.
Origin : Russian Federation.
Quantity :
1. Russian D2 : Min 100,000 - 500,000 M/ton per month.
2. Mazut100-75 : Min 100,000 - 500,000 M/ton per month.
Payment : IDLC TRansferable/Non Transferable.
PB : 2% by Seller.
Destination : ASWP
Non Nego Term & Procedure.
1. The End-Buyer sends the Official ICPO with bank details to the seller with full-styles (Official Company Letterhead) together with Proof of Fund or Bank Statement ) to seller via email.
2. The seller will issue Non operative 2% Performance Bond (PB) to buyer's bank.
3. The Seller sends the FCO and SPA draft contract to the Buyer, and then both parties signed and seal after both parties review and confirm the SPA contract and the NCNDA/IMFPA, and Pro-forma invoice.
4. Seller?s bank will issue partial POP to buyer's bank.
5. Within 5 banking days , after buyer's bank received PPOP, Buyer's bank SWIFT an irrevocable Non-Transferable Letter of Credit MT700 to the Seller's Bank and activate the above non-operative 2% PB. lf the buyer fails to issue the letter of Credit within the above specified date, the buyer shall compensate 2% PB to the seller.
6. Within 7 banking days after confirmation of the MT700, Seller will proceed to send over the FULL Proof of Product (POP) via SWIFT to the buyer designated bank.
7. The Seller finalize shipment and delivery schedule with the appointed shipping company. The Chartered Party Agreement (CPA) shall be duly signed by all parties concerned. The Seller warrants performing delivery of the transacted commodity on CIF basis, to the Buyer's designated discharged port(s).
8. The SGS inspection charges will be borne by Seller at the loading port and inspection charges will be borne by the Buyer at the unloading port.
9. Buyer transfer full payment via Telegraphic Transfer MT 103 upon successful dip test and title passes to the buyer. Payment shall be effected within three (3) banking days after the negotiable documents inclusive of SGS/CIQ reports at discharge port in compliance with this contract's terms.

Sila email kepada saya in full info saudara yg tertera diatas utk rujukan lanjut. Saya ada foreign buyer buat tempahan D2 tetapi belum confirm nak beli drpd supplier negara mana.
Bergantung kpd harga p/MT dan kapasiti supplier utk memenuhi tempahan bulanan.
Volume dalam 100K MT to 200K MT p/month.
