ada sesiapa minat nak beli rumah di Kajang atau Bangi Seksyen 7. Beli untuk pelaburan. Sekarang developer tgh buat promosi..downpayment RM1k sahaja, dan ada cash back dlm RM3k ke RM5k..rumah telah siap,,dan ada rumah yg ada penyewa..dia org sewa dr developer..peluang iinvestment nih...
