Assalam..
Saya ada ruang niaga untuk disewa. Kawasan di kawasan kolej ptpl, seksyen 13 shah alam.
* Kawasan student dan terdapat hostel. Dianggar seramai 500 pelajar menghuni hostel dalam satu2 masa (so boleh agak brp sale boleh dpt) & laluan org ramai.
* Perniagaan cendol & rojak sahaja dibenarkan.
* sewa termasuk sekali dgn barang lain seperti stall, cooler box, freezer
* kadar sewa RM850 (boleh runding)
* Nak guna barang sendiri pun boleh
* bagi yg hendak belajar berniaga dan mahu cari pengalaman pun boleh sewa.Saya boleh ajar cara2

walaupun difikir fikirkan..alhamdulillah ada byk permintaan...dgn 850 anda dpt tapak + barang2 seperti chiller,freezer,cooler box, 2 biji stall, sambungan wayar dan segala barang yang diperlukan..tq for all yg request. Sori da ada yg booking ;-)....[hanya 2 jam pas iklankan]...pasni bole la fikirkan2 lgi ek
